· Psychological support: cultivating your ecosystem

· Expectations vs intention: nuance and wisdom

Relational:

· Internal family systems: parts intentions setting meditation

· Multiplicity: attachment-informed psychedelic reparenting

· Nature-based therapies & alter work; weaving IFS with the symbolic realm

Embodied:

· Exploring peak experience themes through integration

· Integration strategies, tools, and activities

Visionary:

· Future self-art therapy practice

· Exploring self with ritual
