APS- Brisbane Integration event

  • BrisWest Centre 132 Latrobe Terrace Paddington, QLD, 4064 Australia (map)

You are invited to join us for a monthly community circle for integrating psychedelic experiences and sacred medicine journeys.

“The purpose of integration is to honour your quest”- Francois Bourzat

For many people, the psychedelic experience is just the beginning of the journey. It is in the days, weeks and months that follow that the work of integration takes place; a process where insights and experiences from a session are translated into lasting and meaningful change.

The integration circle is intended to be an educational and experiential space for exploring our personal journeys with fellow travellers.

During the integration circle, you will learn more about what integration is and learn some tools and approaches that can assist in you in your process. You will have opportunities to deepen your understanding of your experiences with meditation, mindfulness and embodiment practices as well as dyads and group sharing.

Everyone is welcome. Our intention is to create a safe, respectful and inclusive container for every body.

While assisting our group members to feel safe and supported is one of the key aims of this group, please be mindful that the integration circle is not intended as a mental health support group or therapeutic group. We welcome members who are experiencing or have experienced mental health challenges, and for those who are seeking mental health support we encourage everyone to seek out professional support as required. Everyone is welcome to attend the integration circle in addition to any other support they have. We can offer referrals and suggestions for mental health support.

The integration circle will be held at the BrisWest Centre, Wednesday, May 26th, 630-830pm.
